More than two years ago, Matt reached a pivotal point in his career where he began to rethink some aspects of his life, career, and goals. It was his craving for design work and relentlessness for success that powered this goal-seeking machine to reach for and succeed all his initial business and personal objectives. It was during this period that lemontree interactive was developed.
Now deeply entrenched in work & success stories, Matt has been able to expand his staff of one to a staff of five. Retaining quality employees was another attained goal that Matt set early on in his business plan. Thus, his staffers have been beaten into submission and sworn to provide the highest level of quality service that can be found.*
*Of course no staffers were actually hurt during the recruiting and training sessions!
 Staffer: Jeff Sierra
Relation: Assistant Designer
As a designer, Jeff specializes in integrating technical web design with creativity to form a "presence" for each of his designs. With a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Jeff has been developing web sites for more than 5 years. In his spare time, he teaches Interactive Web Design at the local college.
With his eye for design, we know Jeff will be transforming many key designs for years to come.

Relation: Lead Developer
Sean has been developing complex web sites and web applications for more than 5 years. His primary focus is merging the flexibility and power of PHP with the storage capabilities and speed of MySQL.
 Staffer: Kim Chavis-Hudson
Relation: Customer Relations Manager
Kim's background is a mix of help desk management, server administration work, and tech support duties. With this perfect blend of technical savvy and well-honed people skills, we're able to provide our customers with service that forms the bedrock of our relationships.
